Parking at The Contemporary

We have an early ADR at Chef Mickey's. I know that I can park at the contemporary for the ADR but can I leave our car there all day? I was thinking we could take the monorail to and from MK. I've heard it's walking distance but I thought it would be fun to take the monorail.

They may give you a 3 hour pass, which means you won't be able to leave the car there while you spend the day at the park. You can park at the MK lot and take the monorail to the Contemporary, or valet park at the Contemporary - they will let you stay if you pay for valet.

How much time should I leave for the monorail trip from MK parking lot to contemporary? We have a 7:30 am ADR.
