Parking at resort retaurants

We will be driving to some of the restaurants at the resorts and I was wondering if they charge to park or if you need to get a parking pass validated or something?

If you have an ADR for a resort restaurant, just tell the CM on the gate and you will be able to park at that resort without a charge.

We did this a couple of times, we told them we had an ADR and they let us go right on through xxx
