Parking at resort restaurants and going to parks

I'll be staying at AKL, but some days I'm intending to have meals at other resorts during my stay before going to one of the parks - e.g. eat at Pepper Market at CS then go to MK, or go to California Grill, see Wishes then benefit from an EMH at MK.

Would there be any objections to parking my car at the resort until I return from MK at the end of the day?

The alternatives are:

Drive to the TTC after the meal and leave the car there - a real crowd problem when leaving MK and also no wine at the restaurant as I'll be driving.

Take Disney transportation from AKL to the restaurant, then to the park and then back to AKL - a more complex and time-consuming activity

Any views on this would be most appreciated

I believe that they give you a time slip that you must leave by. The issue dissapears if you valet park.

All resorts have the option of only giving you a 3-hour parking pass. Whether they will or not largely depends upon where you are going.

If you are going to the Pepper Mill, you'll have no problem parking for the day. If you are going to the California Grill, you will almost certainlly be restricted to a 3-hour pass. But the California Grill isn't really a problem - you can just park at the tranportation center, take the monorail to the CR, and then either walk or take the monorail to the MK.

That is a problem. The signs posted at the resorts near MK say parking is for resort guests only. If you have a reservation at a restaurant, you are only supposed to park there for a limited amount of time.

Yes, you can only park for a limited amount of time at the resorts. When you think about it, if everyone that had a meal reservation at a resort were allowed to park there all day while they went to the parks, where would the resort guests park their cars?
