Parking at resort before check-in

Hi all. We are staying at Bonnet Creek for our trip in July. However, we decided to stay 1 more night and booked a room at the Wilderness Lodge for Saturday night. Check in obviously isn't until 4:00, but we were thinking of heading to the Lodge around 7:30AM for breakfast at Whispering Canyon. Would we be able to arrive, let the guard know we have a reservation at WCC, check in even though are room won't be ready, leave the car, and take the bus to Epcot?

Definitely. You can just tell the guard you are checking in. You can check in as early as 6:00AM, though as you stated your room probably won't be ready (although it might). And once you check in you are a registered guest.

Folks do it all the time. Arrive early, room not ready, go off to the parks, come back, room ready!

Should be no problem, I've done it before. They will ask for your license upon arrival.
