Parking at Poly / Parking before resort check-in

Hi All,

We're doing a split stay: AKL and then Poly.

Can I check out of AKL,
drive to Poly in the morning,
park in the Poly lot -- and take the monorail or boat from Poly to Magic Kingdom (leaving the car in the Poly lot)?

To put the question another way: Can we park at Poly in the morning, before we actually check into Poly?

Yes, you may park in your resort's lot on check in day no matter how early.

But you must do at least preliminary check in immediately (you can eat at the resort first) even if you do not have a dining plan. At that time you will get your parking pass to put in the windshield.

(And you may leave your car there on check out day no matter how late, for example come back after Extra Magic Hours which sometimes end at 26:59. No, you may not sleep in your car until sunrise.)
