We have 8:20 reservations at Cinderellas Royal Table one day on our trip. It is not an EMH morning so park opens at 9. We are staying over at CBR so we thought rather than stress that any bus we might be able to get would get us there in time maybe we should drive (we will have our car). I have three questions:

1) Do we get to park at MK for free since we are staying on property?
2) Is our best bet to get the ferry or take the monorail?
3) When will the ferry and monorail start that morning?

That said, there will be buses running in the morning. Just go out to the bus stop and get on the Magic Kingdom bus. I would be out there by about 7:15-7:30. They will get you there in plenty of time.

Parking is free for resort guests, the monorail and ferry will be running at that time. I would suspect that the monorail would be faster than the ferry but can not say for sure.
However, we have always used the buses for our early ADRs or the early morning tours and have had no problems getting where we need to be in plenty of time. We generally give ourselves an hour to get to the park, this way we can get off the bus and go through security and run our tickets through etc.
With an ADR of 6:20, I would be at the bus stop at 7:30.

When you get to the TTC, approach a CM and tell that about your reservation. You'll probably be directed to the resort monorail.

I don't think the ferries start quite that early.
