Parking at DL

So we went and rented a car for this trip and our Hotel is about 7 miles out so we are going to drive to the park. So to let you know how long its been since i even rode in a car to DL there was a parking lot separating DL and the DLR, no GL,and no cal adventure!.

So whats the cost??, i see there is different structures to chose from, what would be the best one to park in, if there is a best one?. Security,now i know its a rental, but do there seem to be a lot of break ins?. Its just me and my DS he is 19yo, so no little ones so walking time is not that of a biggie, but i have a bum knee kind of, is there a heck of a lot of walking from the car to the tram??

We had good luck with the Toy Story Parking Lot last weekend.

You might wait a tram or two for the Mickey & Friends Structure. The Toy Story Lot buses seem to be more organized with formal queues.
