Parking at Castle Inn

Trying to use our credit card points for an upcoming trip to So. Cal.

Castle Inn has come up, and reviews (and walking distance) seem o.k. Our other concern is the parking lot. Is it large enough to accommodate all of the guests? And for anyone who has stayed here or nearby, what can we grab for breakfast on our way into the park?

TIA!

We stayed at Castle Inn last week and pulled in super late our first day. We had ZERO issues getting a parking spot. The motel is an open court yard which is square shaped - all the spots on the side facing the rooms were taken but across the lot facing the neighbouring property always had several spaces. We REALLY liked the Castle Inn. I was hesitant about it too since it seemed a little far but it was an easy walk even for our 5 year old.

Thank you for your reply. Booked it! Did you see any place to grab a quick breakfast on your way into the park? Preferably with a call-ahead option for ordering? We're only going to the parks for one day so every moment is precious.

Bump. We got this hotel for $85/night so jumped on it for our upcoming October trip. Also wondering where would be a quick place to grab breakfast (besides IHOP which isn't quick!) since this hotel does not offer breakfast.

My son and I stayed at Castle Inn for a week in November 2012. We found a spot as soon as we arrived and only moved the car once. Still no trouble finding a spot when we got back later that same day. As for breakfast, I need to eat something, but my son didn't normally eat anything until lunch. I just picked up a few small chocolate milks and pastries (toaster strudel, pop tart, etc.). The room we stayed in had a small fridge and microwave, so we didn't need to eat out much.

We stayed here last November. We had no car but there seemed to be quite a large parking area. Also there's a CVS a short walk away that you can pic up something for breakfast and a microwave and fridge in the rooms.

Personally, I'd do a quick something from the 7-11 or other gift shop/quick mart on the way to the park. There's several on the way. But, there's nothing quick I can think of, other than the Subway next door that has breakfast sandwiches.
