Parking at BWI?

My sister, husband, and 2 nephews are joining us at WDW the first week of May. They live in S. Jersey and normally fly out of Philly. Airfare was cheaper and at better times out of BWI.

They're looking for a safe/decent long-term parking location at BWI. Any suggestions?

We usually park at Fast Park when flying out of BWI. They pick you up at your car, and drop you back when you return. Never an issue with a ride back (even at 2AM)

There are 2 locations which are probably 2 minutes apart. We use the cheaper one

We live in MD and almost always fly out of BWI for travels. We always use FastPark on 1718 W. Nursery Rd, Linthicum Heights. We fly several times a year and have never had any problems with leaving our cars there. We have never used any of the other parking facilities since we are satisfied with FastPark.

We flew out of BWI last year for a cruise. Stayed at the Embassy Suites by the airport the night before the flight and did a stay and park package. Worked well for us. I booked the hotel with points and paid $5/day to leave the car there. They also have a rate that includes something like 7 nights of parking. And there are other hotels that do the same.

Thanks for all the replies! It sounds like Fast Park is the place. I don't think they'll be staying overnight because their flight is 11:30 am or so, but it's a great idea for the future.

Sorry, no info about BWI here. Just wondering if your daughter normally checks out the flights from AC as well as Philly?

We always use Preflight for flying out of BWI. We have used them for years. There is usually a coupon on line.

Check Groupon. I have had really good luck with discounted off site parking at BWI through there. I actually like the offsite parking mucheck better than the BWI long term parking. At off site they tell you where to park and come to your car to get your bags do you don't have to go more than a few feet, if you do the BWI longterm you have to walk to a "bus stop." I made that mistake when I took a very early morning solo trip with DS7 when I was 5 months pregnant. What a pain!

My sister isn't crazy about Spirit Airlines because they nickel and dime you. She priced Frontier, and they do the same thing. All of us have flown out of Wilmington...much closer than AC.

I've parked at the long term airport parking at BWI for a week at a time with no problems. It's only like $8/day too.

Another vote for Fast Park - we have used them for years - great service - they will direct you to a parking space and the shuttle will be there in minutes to pick you up. Quick ride to the airport and quick service on the return trip.

we fly out of BWI regularly and we use the Long Term lots that the airport provides. $8 a day, safe, well lit with regular shuttles.
