Parking at BW to walk around?

My family is staying at OKW, but we all want to go over to the Boardwalk and walk around, see the decorations, etc... Will they let us park our rental car at the BW so we can do this?

They may give you a three hour pass. Are you a DVC member? You can valet for free at BW (except for the tip) if you are visiting the resort. But not for theme park entrance.

If you are a DVC member,have a DDE card or a handicapped sticker,you can valet for free. As a FYI,when you valet,they will not give you a time limit on your parking.

Thank you both for the info! My family would love to walk around the BW and do the whole "loop" through the BC and YC too to see the decorations. We are DVC members, so will probably just valet for convienence....and also so hopefully there isn't a 3 hour limit to our sight-seeing!

You're welcome! There won't be a limit if you valet.

1) There are self-park and valet-park areas.
2) Just tell the guard you are going on the boardwalk.
3) You won't have a problem.
4) Just show your resort key or diver's license.

sometime the parking lots is closed.

there is a parking lot across from the BW for BW visitors that aren't staying at the hotel/villa.

don't park your car in the self parking at the BW hotel then stay to see Epcot fireworks.

there have been too many times when staying at BWV had to park in that other lot because the BW parking lot was full - but after 10:00 it was empty.

kept hoping that BW will change this.

only allow people staying at BWv/bwi to park there - especially since there is that other parking lot.

the cm parking lot is over across from the BC.

I asked one of the security guards.
