Parking at Boardwalk for Jellyrolls?

We are taking a trip to WDW at the end of February. We will be staying at PO-FQ for 6 nights but will be staying off-site (Flamingo Crossing) after our drive down from Atlanta. My wife and I have always wanted to go to Jellyrolls and are considering doing that on our arrival evening. Will be able to park at the Boardwalk? Is there at time limit? Would it be better to use Lyft/Uber? Any help would be appreciated.

No. Hotel guests and ADRs only. Parking is very limited at BWI/BWV. Ube/Lyftr is your best option if off-site.

You could probably valet (if it is back, I have not driven over to BWV since re-opening).

Take an Uber or Lyft....Have to be a guest or have a ADR to park there
