Parking at another Resort?

We are staying at WL. One morning we have a PS at Cape May Cafe. We are going to drive our own car there. We are going to valet park. My question is can we leave our car there for the day and head strainght to one of the parks. I am trying to save time and we want to get to the park as early as possible. I'd rather not have to go back to WL before heading to the parks.
