Has anyone stayed there? I got a rate for $65 a night, can't beat the location! Well, you can, but the Disneyland Hotel was $227 for pass holders.

I have read very few reviews that don't have the words cockroach or bad or awful in it.

I have never stayed there myself.

Have you tried Priceline in the Disney Area? You could probably get in for $50 (or way less) for a 3 star hotel.

If you stay there report back, I am interested to hear if any changes have occured. The location is certainly very good.

Actually, I think it's closer to the parks than the DL Hotel or at least the same distance.

Anyone know if the BW Park Place Inn has any roach problems?

I had a reservation for this place but when I tried to modify (ADD a night) I got nothing but attitdue from the people. I ended up just cancelling the entire thing (their loss).

I have heard only good things about the BW park place.

Just the opposite. I hear that is a great place.

We stayed at the Parkside Inn and Suites in January and it was clean. We paid less than $50 a night. Here's a link to some of the pictures we took of the room.

I've stayed at the Park Vue 4 times now, and have never seen any kind of bugs let alone cockroaches. It's always been clean, and I consider it a really great value. You can't get closer to Disneyland, even in the Disney hotels. There's an IHOP open 24 hours right on the site, which is very convenient. It's got a nice pool and a decent continental breakfast, a well-equipped sundry shop too. My only problem with it has been that there are no elevators, so when I've had an upstairs room it's been a hassle due to young ones in a stroller. But otherwise it's been great!!

Glad to hear that, Mardenmom! I was starting to get discouraged. I'll make sure to post how my stay goes in July.;)
