Park Vue Inn or Best Western Park Place?

Prices are pretty similar and both offer free hot breakfast so I'm torn! Where would you stay if you had a choice between the two?

We liked the rooms at the BBPPI better, but the breakfast was better at the Park Vue. The park vue left my daughter a little birthday surprise gift in our room, that included ice cream at the cold stone that is on their property. We didn't really use the pool at either location, so I can't speak about that. I believe the Park Vue has recently had some renovations/ updates.

We choose Park Vue Inn for a variety of reasons free breakfast, three beds and free parking.

What time does breakfast start at these hotels?

It varies. But most are tuned in to the park schedule. I've never had one not serving early enough for early entry. Same with the properties that offer shuttles. They know the schedule and plan for it.

We've only stayed at the Park Vue, we do recommend it, we love the 10% discount at Coldstone you get if you show your room key :-)

I've stayed at both, I prefer the Park Vue inn. Neither place is overly special, just clean and close to the parks. I had some service issues with Best Western, they were grumpy about letting me park on check-in day before my room was ready, Park-Vue was totally chill about that as well as leaving my car there while I toured the parks for a few hours after checking out.

We just returned from a trip to Disneyland and stayed at Park Vue. The room was updated and clean. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The hotel is 2 story and there is no elevator. The hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal and either biscuits and gravy/bacon or sausage and fried potatoes every day) was excellent and starts at 7. There is a small store off of the lobby with everything you would need in case you forgot something from home. Also have snacks, drinks, tshirts etc. Coffee and H2O in the lobby 24/7 and lemonade and cookies in the lobby at night. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. Right across the street from the parking lot to the parks. WE loved our stay there and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There is a deck on the second floor off of where they serve breakfast so you can eat either inside or out. At night you can see the fireworks from the deck.

We're staying at the Park Vue for our first Disneyland trip in July. This thread has me feeling good about the choice, and I'm getting more excited by the day!
