I have a 5'2 10-yr-old and an 8-yr-old. They have bunk beds at home but they are still thrilled by bunk beds hotel rooms so I am trying to decide between the bunk beds room and 2-queens room at Park Vue Inn.

For those who have stayed at Park Vue Inn recently, were you squished in your bunk beds room or 2-queens room? If you have stayed in both room types, which felt more roomy?

Re bunk beds room: If someone in your party who is 5'2"ish slept on it, was it long enough?

We usually stay at BWPPI but...$30 less per night, waffles, 30 fewer seconds of walking, and free parking are tempting me to try PVI.

We were in a bunk bed room at PVI this past August. My sister in law who is just a bit under 5 ft 2 slept on the bottom bunk and it seemed fine. The room is a bit cozy but not so much that it was a big problem.

We stayed at PVI years ago and were in a room with a bunkbed. My son was 6 at the time and loved the idea. He's 11 now and is thrilled to get his own Queen bed, he didn't want a bunk bed. I've heard the Double Queen room is a bit more spacious than the bunks. I will say that the rooms with bunks are closer to the breakfast area. :)

We stayed in a bunk bed room this summer, I thought we had plenty of room, but my kids were 5&6, I am 5'3" and I didn't sleep on the bunk beds but it was long enough for me to lay on...their free breakfast is AWESOME!!!! and I refuse to stay in a hotel that you have to pay to park at if at all possible, our room was very clean and we had no problems with anything and can't beat the distance!!!
