Park Transformations - When Complete?

Hi All!

We are veterans of WDW, but have not been to Disneyland since 2000. I have heard about major changes and upgrades to both the Magic Kingdom and Calif Adventure -- is there a thread about, or might anyone know when these overhauls are expected to be completed?

We are looking to make a trip out West, but figure we'd rather do it when all the new stuff has been added!

The plan is to have it complete in summer 2012. The final piece is the work on CarsLand.
