Park to Park transportation

Is it possible to take a bus from one theme park to another?
We're planning on doing 1/2 day at MK and 1/2 day at AK.
Do we have to go through the TTC in order to get to the
other park? What about AK to MGM or MGM to MK?

I think the only park to park transportation is between Epcot and MGM, by boat. To park hop, we take a resort bus, sometimes whichever comes first or the resort closest to the park we want to go to, hop on it, get off, then get the bus to the park.

You only need to use the TTC when the MK is involved. All other parks have direct buses to each other. In addition to a bus that runs from Epcot to Studios, there is also a boat. For Epcot to MK, there is a Monorail.

To go from the MK to the AK using Disney transportation you would need to take the monorail or the ferry from the MK to the TTC. At the TTC you would get the bus to the AK.

To go from the AK to the MK you would just take the same route in reverse. Bus from AK to the TTC and then either the monorail or the ferry over to the MK.
