Park to park ride program from inside the parks

Dose this still happen? It would be great for our disabilitys.

The Express Transportation option was a paid add on that ran from inside the park. Unfortunately it was cancelled abruptly a few days ago. Last day to buy it was August 16 and it ends on the 23rd
