Hi ,we have a 10 day package booked with free dining for Oct next yr.We have now extended it by 3 days prior staying at a value hotel without dining.My question is :can we collect our park tickets 3 days earlier when we checkin to the value hotel as the tickets are for 14 days? (obviously without the dining)

As long as your tickets are linked to your magic bands in MDE, you can use them independent of your reservations. Just make sure everything is linked to those bands.

Yes. You can access the Tickets tied to your package up to 10 days before your package starts. You will have to stop at a Guest Services location to do this. There is one located outside every park entrance and one at Disney Springs.
