I apologize in advance if this is really wordy... it is sometimes so hard to articulate in writing what you need!
I have arranged for 5 day park hoppers for my family's vacation at the end of the month. My pass is being comped and I have to pick it up at the window. My son's pass was purchased through Holiday House and I have a voucher which I will redeem at the window. I redeemed Air Miles for the rest of the passes and they were sent directly out to me.
We arrive on a Friday around 1 pm - it is our intent to use the rest of that day getting settled in, organized and rested. One of the first things I plan on doing is heading down to the gate to pick up my pass and to redeem my voucher for my son's pass. We will not use the passes that day, rather we will use them on Saturday. We are having a character breakfast the next morning and intend to head straight into the parks from there and do not want to have to bother with any of this which is why I will do it Friday.
Now my mother in law is joining us for the first day in the park. I thought we could just pick up a 1 day/1 park ticket at the hotel (Super 8 which is a Good Neighbor) but it turns out that they only sell the multi day tickets.
Is there a way for her to purchase the ticket on Friday (say at the gate with me when I go to redeem my vouchers) but to use the ticket on Saturday? Or if she buys it online on the Disney portal is it redeemed in a similar manner?
