so my question is this we have a 7day park plus water park and more added. no park hopper. can we go to blizzard beach during the day and HS at night on the same day?

Yes. Your WPF&M entries are separate from your Theme Park days.

Your 7 theme park days and your 7 WPF&M options are two separate entitlements. You can use them both on the same day or use them separately. You can also use more than 1 WPF&M option in a single day.

Example:
Day 1 -- Blizzard Beach, Theme Park = Use of Park Day #1, WPF&M option #1
Day 2 -- Typhoon Lagoon and Disney Quest = Use of WPF&M options #2 & #3
Day 3 -- Theme Park = Use of Park Day #2
Day 4 -- Typhoon Lagoon, Mini Golf = Use of WPF&M options #4 & #5
Day 5 -- Theme Park, Mini Golf = Use of Park Day #3, WPF&M option #6
Day 5 -- Typhoon Lagoon, Theme Park = Use of Park Day #4, WPF&M option #7
Day 6 -- Theme Park = Use of Park Day #5
Day 7 -- Theme Park = Use of Park Day #6
Day 8 -- Theme Park = Use of Park Day #7

All theme park days and all WPF&M options are now used up.
