I was pleasantly surprised to uncover that flightcentre.ca has cheaper park tickets than the Disney website. I was specifically looking for Disneyland tickets, but I see they also sell tickets for DisneyWorld. This is offered to Canadians only. Not only are the Disneyland tickets about $15 cheaper than the DISCOUNTED tickets on the Disney website, they also offer 7 and 8 day tickets, which you can't get anywhere else!
If you go to the website, click on Travel Specialists, then click on Disney Travel Agent and then in the middle of the screen pick 'park tickets'.
Hopefully someone else can use this deal as well :)

I did purchase my Disneyland tickets through flight centre last summer. You only get a receipt which you then have to exchange in DLR ticket booths for actual tickets. Didn't have any problems.

However, I will never use flight centre again. You couldn't purchase the tickets online or by the telephone line -- you had to go into their stores. At the store, their agent knew nothing about the tickets, and couldn't even give me a price. He had to call a third-party booking centre to inquire and purchase (hence I was worried about the 'receipt' not working). Took 2 hours!!! ...in store with my DDs. There were other travellers waiting for pick-ups in the store and they said it was always that slow for service. I'm an online-booker, and I rather handle everything on my own on my own computer -- 2 hours of summertime wasted wasn't worth the savings.

The fact that he told me to carry all receipts and his business cards to California "just in case" there was problems didn't make me feel very confident.

That is strange that you had that experience. I bought my tickets over the phone. I called the 1-888 number on the screen right where the ticket prices were posted. Granted, I asked to confirm that the tickets would be good for August if I bought them now (there was a statement on the website that said 'prices good until May 22' ) and she had to hang up and call someone but she called me back within 10 minutes. I spent less than 5 minutes in total on the phone with her, she emailed me all the information, I had to hit a confirmation button from the email, and we're done! It was easy and quick! I wonder if they have changed their policies since last summer. It was definitely super easy.

They've probably changed since last summer -- for the better. ;) At that time, I called and they said only the stores could handle. I even called that number again while sitting in the store and they confirmed there was nothing they could do.

For previous poster, I didn't check the WDW rates but they were cheaper for the DLR tickets than anywhere else (especially since we didn't have to pay shipping). The problem at the time was that they didn't post the prices, you had to talk to an agent for that info.

Here is a price comparison for 7 day park hopper to WDW as per my research the last few days

Undercover Tourist (without the mousesavers discount): $332.95USD inc tax and shipping
UT with MS discount: $328.90 USD inc tax and shipping
flightcenter.ca : $325 (not sure if USD or CAD) inc tax
Disney Retail Store: $342 CAD inc tax
Disney online: $342.93 USD (not sure about tax) + $25 shipping or $0 will call

I bought 8 day Disneyland tickets from Flight Center, over the phone. We don't have one in PEI, so I just called and ordered them. Got through to someone in Ontario. It took a while, and she was a little confused asking if I was going to Florida etc. In the end it all worked out, but I was a little nervous that she was giving me WDW tickets instead of DL tickets! We got 8 day tickets for $234. I thought that was a great deal.

FYI all, make sure you call or visit your local Flight Centre for Disney park ticket prices. I found the local store had much better prices than what Flight Centre advertises on their website. Saved a lot on my Disneyland tickets last year! They had the lowest price I could find.

This wasn't the case for me. I called my local Flight Centre in Toronto and ordered them over the phone. They then emailed me a voucher that I printed off and exchanged at the Disneyland ticket kiosk. Super easy and I never stepped foot in the store.

A few weeks ago I bought 8 day hoppers for DL. Really easy. I called a FC specialist and they sent me an email that you confirm the payment. Then Bob's your uncle! I have the voucher printed out and ready to take to guest services upon arrival.
Super easy, and cheaper so we are happy. Now, the waiting game!

Does anyone know if there's a one day admission option with Flight Centre? I just went in to the local store and they advise minimum is 3 day.

Thanks

I compared the 5 day base ticket with that of UT with the MS discount....Ut is still the best deal, imo, for DW.
