Park Tickets earlier than check in?

Tried search but cant find what's probably an obvious answer... if we get 5 day PH tickets for a 3 night stay at DL hotel, can we use two days of the tickets prior to check in?

Yep, no problem. Your park ticket is not connected to your hotel stay. If there is a Magic Morning on the ticket and Disneyland has an early entry day before your stay- you can use that to get in early. Then once you check in, you will have either Magic Morning at Diseylad or EMH at DCA each day.
