.. is the website safe to use?

My mum is looking to use it for her tickets but they have been pretty bad at getting back in touch with her so she's obviously wary about giving them a lot of money. Just wanted to know if anyone has any experiences, good or bad, of the company?

How much is the saving for the tickets by going through them? Is it Disney or Universal you are buying. I only speak for myself here, but if I am unsure of a company the first test I put them through is several emails to check out their response time and how thorough they are. I always feel if the worst came to the worst, you want to be dealing with a company that will communicate with you.

Personally I would not use a ticket seller that doesn't show their address in the contact us http://www.park-tickets.com/Contact.aspx
It gives an option to collect from them but again no adrress until you have bought "Collect from our Orlando office near Disney."
They may be a very good company but I would be wary using a company not being so open with info,
Also not responding quickly to emails, not a good sign.

Check Kenny's thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2534178
They are companies who get good reviews on here, or post the ticket you want and best price you have then anyone can post if they see cheaper.

Have used them twice in the past and have received my tickets within a couple of days . i found them to be very helpful and could ask them any question. Last time i used them was last August x

Cheers for the advice.. I wonder then if anyone here has any good places for what my mum needs.

What she wants is a 9 or 10 day base ticket for Disney. On average it's looking at around £175. Is there a reputable website that sells these as I know they aren't the most widely available ticket..

I have used park tickets on numerous occasions and have had no trouble what so ever .The guy who runs it is called Martin and you can collect tickets from their office in Kissimmee on vineland if you wish.
You can always contact Martin via the forum connected to Orlandovillas .com his username is Florida4sun.
This is a legitimate company whio have thousands of satisfied companies .

2 of most popular for MYW tickets are http://www.undercovertourist.com/united-states/florida/orlando/attractions/tickets.html
& www.mapleleaftickets.com
Have you checked those 2?

Is she certain the MYW ticket is the best option for her? most people prefer UK tickets like the 14 day Ultimate which are a lot more flexible (allow water parks, park hopping, Disney Quest)
The 9 or 10 day MYW base ticket will only allow 1 park on 1 day (no water parks, park hopping, Disney Quest)
About £45 more expensive but a better ticket for most people (but not all)
