park ticket question

On the Universal website it says if you buy the 2 day base ticket on their site it is twenty dollars cheaper then at the gate. Does anyone know if this is true? If you buy from their website can you use a universal gift card to pay? I know there are other places to get tickets for good deals but my husband won this trip and we were given universal gift cards to pay for the ticket so we have to buy fom them.

You can only use the gift cards in person, which defeats the $20 off. Yes, the $20 off gate is true but it is still more expensive than purchasing at www.undercovertourist.com or through the universal website.
