Park strategy for Thanksgiving?

Haven't been back to WDW since COVID but with kids off of school for full week and DVC points to use after so many cancelled trips thinking about a day or two next week (also can't be with family for Tgiving ) We live 1 hr away so not a big venture for us. I tried to use the various crowd calendar sites for guidance but I know my DISboard friends tend to have better scoop!

We will most likely go to parks Wed & Thurs (Tgiving). HS is already out as it is booked. Any projection which park would better for each day in terms of low crowds? We are fortunate to live so close and be DVC & AP so for us this is just to get out and do something so there is no park we HAVE to get to to see something in particular.

On the availability calendar https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/availability-calendar/?segments=tickets,resort,passholder I would look at all three buckets (regular tickets, APs, and resort guests) and pick parks that still have availability for all three buckets. For instance, on Wednesday currently only Epcot is available for APs whereas DHS is the only sold-out park for the other two groups, so I’d pick Epcot that day.
