Has anyone ever used their shuttle service? I'm wondering about the reliability, punctuality, and dependability of their shuttle service. Has anyone ever been turned away because they were full? Also wondering if anyone had a schedule for their shuttle. The front desk gave me hours that were too good to be true, so I want to confirm - especially since I'm going the second week of Dec..... and it appears to be largely sold out. Thank you all!
