Park Shopping Pass

Can you still get a shopping pass for one of the parks? I know they used to let you in a park for an hour or two just to spend money in the stores. Is that still possible?

I haven't heard of that being given out in years.

I looked into this in August for my brother and although he ended up not needing, I was told yes it's still possible. Check with guest relations. I think they hold a credit card or something and if you go over the hour you get charged a one day ticket. It's not something they publicize.
