park scavenger hunt game??

MANY years ago, (8) when we last went to DL, I read on one of the websites of a game that was posted , kind of like a scavenger hunt, where 'someone' put an item IN the park & posted clues for people to find.
is this done anymore? do you know of where it is listed? or who used to do it in the past?(when did it stop, etc)

Yes, my son and I participated in that little game, but I think it's no longer operational. At least I haven't heard of it in a few years.

MousePlanet runs a scavenger hunt event every year (or more often?) but I've never participated in it. Here's a link to some info about their last event:

They have a new tour that is similar. I'm actually in the process of creating a doc with a bunch of DL info for something else, so I'll post it when I get done, but look at the DL site under tours and there will be info about the new tour. It's kind of pricy, but it looks like fun.
