Park Reservations

I had a reservation booked for the Poly in late July and selected our park reservations. I found a better room category at the Poly and booked it for the same dates and cancelled our original stay. When trying to book park reservations for the new stay it said it was unable to book the reservations because we already had reservations for those days. My question is - because we have valid tickets those reservations won't be cancelled correct? The new vacation package is linked to my old reservations? The reservations are showing in MDE, but I guess I'm paranoid and wondering if anyone has any experience? I'm on hold for customer service, but thought I would ask while continuing to hold. Thanks so much!

Correct, your park reservations won't be cancelled because you still have tickets for those days, as well as the resort stay. You can hang up now!
