Park reservations vs dining reservations

I'm a long-time DW visitor, although I haven't been in nearly 5 years. So many reservations are needed now that parks have to be reserved!

I've got a trip coming up in late Feb/early March 2022 with 4 adults. We have two specific restaurants we want to eat at and are willing to plan our park days around the dining reservations (i.e. it doesn't matter which park we do on which day). One ressie would be at MK and the other at EP. Can we (hopefully) make the dining reservations and then make the park reservations? Staying off-site, but I don't think that matters.

Sorry for asking what is likely a very basic question.

Of course... No park reservations are needed to make a dining reservation.

What are the restaurants you're looking at?

Unfortunately with staying off-site, you are at a disadvantage. On-site guests get to pick ADRs 60 days out for the length of their stay, while off-site has to wait for 60 days out of each day of their trip.

That doesn't mean you can't get your ADRs, just makes it more difficult. Also there are some dates late February that are busy and park reservations could fill up, so pay attention to the reservation calendar the next couple months and be prepared to make reservations if parks start filling up.
