Park Reservations over the Phone?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to change park reservations over the phone? I have got myself into a situation where I am trying to switch a park pass from one group of two in our party to another group of two, but overall there are no reservations available for those days. So I afraid that if I cancel one in order to switch it to the other group I will lose it all together!
 
That could certainly happen.
I would call and see if they can help.
If there are passes available you could probably cancel the one and quickly make the other before they disappear, but no guarantees.
I had a similar issue where I needed to swap days, but passes were only available using our AP and online wouldn't let me.
They were able to fix it.
 
Thanks for the advice! I decided to call. Currently have been on hold for almost 45 minutes but it’ll be worth it if it gets fixed!
 

Hopefully they will be able to help. I had a similar situation. Released the reservations for two people on one phone, had another phone ready to go to try and make a reservation, and it just did not work out. I was not able to grab the two that should have been released when I cancelled the others.
 
Over an hour wait on the phone to be told they can’t help me, that they would run the same risk of losing the availability😕. Literally just wanted to switch the names on the reservations! Does anyone know if more park reservations may open up before June?
 
I'm trying to do the same thing - want to change a reservation from my name to my son's. I've been on hold forever, fingers crossed the CM I get has a clue on how to do it. I'll report back.
 
Nope, no luck :( The CM was very nice, but she said it had something to do with the Covid waiver and that each guest has to book it and agree to the covid restrictions, so they can't just transfer the pass.

I may try to release mine and quickly book one for my son, but she said that's really tough. Maybe at 3am? :rolleyes1

What is the best number to call about this. I have an annual pass, but it is only seeing my resort reservation even though my pass is linked to my account.

Call the Passholder line: (407) 939-7277

They will override for you and get your park reservation. I’m an AP and had to do that for my upcoming YC stay, no HS available for resort guests but AP was. Calling them took care of it. :)
