Park reservation buckets

Hello,

First trip since all the changes and hoping for some help please. It is my understanding that there are three buckets for reservations - theme park tickets, resorts and annual pass. We are staying onsite, but when I went to make park reservations it only let me choose between tickets and annual passes. I booked under the tickets option - could this be a problem later if I made them in the wrong bucket? Thanks so much!

If you are staying onsite, you should get more days to book reservations. I would call Disney to make sure you are linked. Maybe check on your My Disney Exp App to see if you can link your tickets to your resort stay

Assuming you have tickets and not an annual pass, then using the ticket option should be fine. If those were only options then it doesn't matter. Where on-site matters if for those with annual passes since they have a limited number of reservations unless they are staying onsite.

Thanks for the replies. My resort stay and tickets are both linked to my Disney account. My tickets were not part of a package though so maybe that has something to do with it?

They just have two buckets now. even last year there was speculation that there was truly only two buckets since the resort and ticket buckets always matched.
