Does the two day/2 park tickets allow you to go back to your hotel room and then go back to the park at night? Is it one park per day, no hopping? Why do you need a ticket for CityWalk? I have been trying to read what you can do with your passes and have only come up with prices.

Yes, the 2day 2park pass is just like a Disney hopper pass, you can come and go as long as you have a valid ticket and a handstamp.
Citywalk does not require a ticket, there is a CityWalk Party Pass that will allow you to enjoy one nights unlimited admission to the clubs at CityWalk.
