This could be done at one time providing you got a CM that knew how to handle the complicated transaction. Not everyone knew how and those that did didn't always wish to do it. They had to cancel out your TDS ticket, issue a phantom refund from TDS to WD theme parks division, then "sell" you a new ticket that could be encoded onto your resort ID. It was a time consuming project.
This all ended in September 2002 when Disney came out with the advance pricing structure to go along with their now higher gate prices. CM's are now not allowed to put any ticket media on the resort ID that isn't purchased during check in.
So unfortunately, the answer to the question is no you can't.
