Was just at Publix today and there was a display for park passes. It said "Buy park passes here (Minimum 3 day) and save $20 per person."

$20 off the gate price? You can get that by just purchasing directly from Disney (they knock $20 off they gate price of multi-day tickets of 3 days or more when you purchase them in advance). So, unless you have an awesome cashback deal on your credit card for grocery store purchases, you're not saving anything over what you would pay for any advance purchase.
