Park Pass System - PLEASE SEND HELP!

Can't believe this.

8am here in the UK, gave up last night and went to bed thinking surely when I try again in 10 hours Disney will have rectified IT issues - logged on just now and having exactly the same problem.

Can book one day for 2021, but then all dates then turn grey and unavailable.
  1. Have tried the delete the one day and rebook from back to front - not working
  2. Have tried the whack a mole theory of hitting lots of dates until they become available - not working
  3. Have tried refreshing the date by clicking on it multiple times - not working
  4. Have tried refreshing the actual browser - not working
  5. Have tried 3 different devices - not working
  6. Have tried 2 different types of browsers - not working

PLEASE does anyone have any other tips?

It is crazy that we are having to resort to hocus pocus tricks to bypass the IT infrastructure of such a large company!

I feel like i could cry this has got me so frustrated, I never thought Disney would make us feel like this, there is no magic here at all, I understand it is extenuating unprecedented times but I am bewildered as to how poor this is....
 
It sounds like you are hitting a limit. Do you already have days booked this year (2020)?

I've read annual passholders are having issues - are you one of those?
Also if you had any parties booked originally on the date you've managed to book so far, this could be another problem that's been mentioned.
If I could, I'd try it for you (but legally, it's not possible 😉), just keep trying - it'll all work out.
Could you perhaps get family members on a different browser, even a different house try it just in case you have some sort of blockers on your devices?
I tried 2 x laptops, a tablet and a phone yesterday to no avail. I then used my work laptop and it worked although I did do the whole backwards method so I just assumed it was that what did it (others are reporting it worked for them too so I just assumed) but it genuinely could have been a different setting in my work browser.
You never know, just keep trying different devices x

I booked almost 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Not going until December 2021 but nervous in case they announce a date to book sooner rather than later. Plus i don't have a definitive answer as to my tickets will only show when they have been paid in full or not when i have booked through a UK travel agent.

Tickets usually show before the balance is paid. They haven't mentioned any Park Reservations after Sept 26th 20201, but, theres still time. Depends on the 50th I think!

Who did you book with, previously VH, BA and TUI bookings are usually linkable in 72 hours.

P.S, you're from the Foo's Board right?!

Yes I'm on the foos board! Lol! I booked with Ever after. The other half has emailed them for clarification on if the tix need to be paid upfront before they show or not. They said bookings should show up after about 2 weeks but could take longer. Which is no help if Disney suddenly decide you can book for after September next year.

yeah but no park tickets for this year we are just doing a resort stay...i am still not getting any further forward, i am going to try a web chat now

Ah, that must be why its taking a little longer. The big TAs tend to use let you link by using their reference number. Fingers crossed for you!
