Park Opening ADR and Jedi Training

Can anyone provide me with some insight on how this all works. I have a 9am ADR at Hollywood & Vine and the park opens at 9am that day. Can I get into the park early to sign up for Jedi Training, or is my reservation not early enough?

They won't let you in early to register. You'll need a PPO to do that.

They let everyone in for the JTA queue around 8:45.
