Park Music

I didn't know where to put this, so I decided this forum would work. My 2 year old ask me a couple days ago if I had the Tiki Room music. So I am wondering do they make a CD of the music from the rides and shows? I would love to have the music from Illuminations and Phantasmic too. Any help would be good help!

Yes, you can buy the music in the parks(not sure if they sell them anywhere else). But you can also listen to Dis Radio for your immediate fix. 24hr Disney music what could be better than that!

Some songs (Illuminations and Fantasmic among others) can be found here: http://www.soundofmagic.com/menu.htm Click on Sounds of Music on the lefthand side of the screen then choose the park to browse through the selections. I used the Fantasmic music as a ringtone on my cell phone.

Hope you find something you can use there. Not sure of every song that is available. Also try googeling the song and see if you can find it that way, if you haven't already tried that.

You can also go to www.subsonicradio.com - you can't buy the music, but you can listen to the park music online!

What's cool is they have TONS of the park music - from the Tiki Birds to the background music playing in the restrooms near the Land of Imagination in Epcot!

You can request songs (like a jukebox).

But, if you really want the music (to own), the CD I have is called Four Parks, One World and it has the Tiki Birds song (the one with Iago & ???, not the original version.)

Yes! We bought three CDs in World of Disney at DTD and love them! DH and I both loaded them onto our iPods and we carry around small docking stations in the house and yard with us. I listen to mine while I cook and clean - a little Snow White moment when we whistle and dance while we work! Great idea!!

I have a CD of music from the parks that we always listen to in the car. I got it at Wal-Mart just a year or two ago. And the music from the Tiki Room is on it! It's got a picture of Cinderella's castle at night on the cover and it cost less than $10! Quite a bargain!

From what I've been told, not all phones have this capability. But with mine, I saved the song to my computer and then emailed it to my phone. I have Verizon, so it was (no dashes) mynumber@vzwpix.com. Once I opened the text message with the song, I clicked options and one of the choices was Save As Ringtone. Depending on your phone, you may need to save it first as a song, then add it as a ringtone from there.

Ohh..I just looked and I think I must've downloaded that from a different site. I'm sorry. If you want to PM me with your email address, I can try to email you the mp3 file.

In addition, I just found this site www.dtuneslive.com. you have to register for it, but once you register and login, they have three different servers that play all Disney music. From the parks and the movies. It shows the CD covers too when playing so you can see what CD they came off of. It's neat. I'm listening right now.

They do.

It's found on at least 5 different park CD's. Look at my previous posting and go to the other thread. Look for the post there that is "Four Parks-One World: Walt Disney World Official Album". I think it's on disc 2.

THanks, I have a cd that has part of the music, but not the full music from the entire movie. I wish they would do that. All the cd's (that I have seen) just have a partial complilation. You can find some of the individual pieces, but there is also some original music that I have not been able to find.

Thanks for all the help! I found the Fantasmic CD and another one that has a lot of the ride music. It is all on my Ipod now and I am at work on a 90 degree day in April in Pennsylvania dreaming of being in the parks!
