It's so funny I came across your post right now! I just got off the phone with WDW Mail Order! I purchased one of the new Happiest Celebration attenna toppers for a friend while I was there last week. I got it out yesterday to give it to her, and I wanted to pull the price tag off. It was stuck to the front of the topper, directly over the 50th celebration insignia. It was stuck so hard, that as I tried to pull off the tag, the insignia started to pull off with it! In fact, most of the top of the insignia had already come off onto the back of the tag. So, I just called, and the lady told me to give her the SKU number off the reciept, and she put in an order for a replacement for me. I also have to fax a copy of the receipt to her, which I am getting ready to go do at my husband's office. It was really easy, and she didn't say anything about returning the defective one, so I guess I just keep it. You need to call 407-363-6200, and have your receipt handy.
