not sure where to ask this, so I thought I would start here.

We bought a plush Perry the Platypus at least a year ago (might have been an even earlier trip).
Squeeze his paw and he makes his platypus sound.
Battery has gone dead, though, and there is NO WAY to get to it. It's sewn into the plush character.

Has anyone solved this mystery? Or do we need to just buy a new one on the next trip?

thanks in advance!

If you want to fix it, the only option is to open up the seam, pull the thing out, change the battery, put it back in, and sew it back up.

I would just buy a new one, but I'm lazy.

A. I didn't know there was such a thing as a "platypus sound"
B. I usually considered it a blessing when the sound on a toy quit working.
