Park Maps

Do they still give out park maps? I thought I read somewhere that people have to pull up the maps on their phones, but I hope I am mistaken.

My TA sent us map pamphlets that are pretty up-to-date, so they're clearly available somewhere- I'd assume they have them at the parks as well.

You'll find maps at all of the park entrances, many store counters in the parks and at the resorts.

actually the map holders are starting to move kind of to the side where you can overlook it and they arne't putting as many out anymore.. I think they are trying to get people to switch to electronic versions..

you can get paper maps somewhere around the entrance but also in every resort and gift shop (which is half of the park).

I forgot to mention this but someone said if you email guest services (contact us link on the website) they will mail you maps if you want them ahead of time. they don't respond but takes about a week to show up, make sure you give them your address.

I called today, and was told they don't mail the maps anymore. If you find a cast member willing to mail them, can you post here which department sent them? I'm going for the first time, and would love to have them ahead of time.
