Park maps/trip planner/Salon Mickey etc

Hi all

Just back from a very non-Disney trip (Dolphins Vs Giants - whoo hoo - Dolphins lost - boo hoo), so trying to catch up on all that's being going on, and that's A LOT. (Congrats Steve)

So, of course, I have more questions for you. Is there any way to get hold of the information leaflets and so on, that you would normally get when you get to the parks. I'm just too impatient - I want to have park maps right now, so I can personalise them with my own schedules, mark places to watch parades, highlight potential routes and so forth.

Has anyone come across a trip planner or packing checklist for DLP similiar to the sites set up for WDW etc. I can do it myself I suppose, but I kinda feel the need for focus at the moment. I have a million lists, bits of paper, files on the computer, emails galore and the inside of my head feels somewhat like primordial sludge - a bit of grounding is definitely the order of the day.

I'm halfway through the process of becoming a shareholder and just spotted that Salon Mickey only allows the shareholder and 4 family members or 3 friends. I'll be with 5 family members - are they gonna bar access to the last person - has anyone had any relevant experience?

I'm sure I saw something mentioned recently that Dream Castle has now remedied the kettle in the room situation, but can't find the reference. Was waiting for a trip report from tsandas - think their trip was 15th-19th Oct, but maybe I missed it.

There'll be more where those came from but for now...

Some enterprising folks have obviously collected bundles of Disney, Studios and Village maps during their stays and then sell them on ebay for £1 for the set or thereabouts.

Sorry, can't help here as there are 5 of us in our family so we fit the criteria. I'm guessing they will be inflexible on this rule because they are very strict on only allowing a maximum of 30 people in at a time ~ we have had to wait outside before now until others have left.
