Park Maps in the Hotels

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a copy of any of the park maps showing times of events in the Village or in the hotels? We usually arrive on our first night well after the parks have closed and - as my avatar says - I'm a compulsive planner - so I would like to have a look at the map and see if there are any shows or things I particularly wanted to see before I hit the park in the morning.

I've never seen any in there before but wondered if I'd missed them somehow.

There are maps in the Essential Info thread. Good idea if we could build a library of scanned hotel maps

I'm sure there'll be maps available in Reception, I seem to recall seeing them at the NPB and then was definately a guide for the Village because I picked one up.
You're going with Leger aren't you Nik ? so you'll be given the hotel info, passport etc. when you check in, I have a feeling there are maps in the pack too

I like the idea of building up a collection of maps and current information.

I've never had one in my Leger pack which is what prompted my question. I'll ask at reception when I get there. I've never seen any out in the hotels which did puzzle me at the time.

Nikki - are you checked in en masse when you arrive, or do you go and check yourself in? When we check in, the CM gives us the standard stuff like room keys and tickets, and parks maps are usually included too.

Otherwise just go and ask.

hi ive just returned from dlp in the newport bay and in our booking in envelope were the maprs for the two parks and disney village, all ready for us as soon as we arrived. they are also available in the parks as you walk in.

We don't check in as normal people do. The coach driver does a group check in and you get an envelope with all the stuff in. There's never been a park schedule in any of them and I've never seen any in the hotel which I did think was strange
