Park Lunches, Ideas Needed!

So, we're staying at the World for 4 nights in May with our little boy.. and I know that we'll be at MK, AK, and HS for lunch each day...
What are the best places to eat lunch in the parks?
In Hollywood Studios I really would like to eat at Sci-Fi.. so that leaves me with Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom.. we'll be doing a big sit down dinner every night so lunches can be light, sandwiches and fries type thing... any ideas?

WE love the Columbia Harbor house in MK. It's counter service retaurant ner the Haunted Mansion.

At the MK I'd suggest Casey's for hot dogs. If you get lucky the piano player will be outside when you eat. And I appriciate that they have vinegar for the french fries... yummy!

At AK Flame Tree is very good.
