I performed a search of this forum for Park Inn Maingate and found three posts, with only one reply.

Has anyone stayed there? Their rates seem reasonable, the proximity to all of Orlando theme parks is central and from the video and virtual tour on their website it looks like a nice place to stay.

We'll only be sleeping there, so frills and add-ons aren't necessary. We're looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a week (Nov 2004). Their studio (2 adults, 1 child will be 12) is $59 a night this year, but I expect the rate will increase in the next 18 months.

Hi Kris,

I have not stayed here but I do have some info for you.

The Park inn and suites used to be called the Larson inn family
suites. So if you do a search using that name you may be able to
find more information.

I have just recieved my Orlando/Kissimmee/St Cloud vacation
information package, and in their accomadations book they
have the Park Inn listed for 49.00 a night.
It says to call 1 800 670 7275 and ask for the KISS offer.

I hope some of this information is able to help you.

Hi..this is a very frequent winner on Priceline 2 star for $20 a night. Our son stayed there on a Priceline bid and said it was fine. He was alone. Rooms were comfy and basic...If this level of hotel will be just fine for your family, I suggest a Priceline bid in the "Disney Vicinity" only at 20 dollars a night. They have some very nice basic properties and it will save you a lot of $$...Ted from Iowa
