Park INN 1 bedroom suite VS. King Suite at HOJO

Hi... does anyone have any experience with either the

1 bedroom suite (lists 3 queen beds + queen sofa sleeper) at the Park INN


or the King Suite at HOJO

We need 3 beds, so at the HOJO we will have to get a rollaway.

I have stayed at the HOJO before and loved it, but never in a suite, I am a little concerned with the sofa sleeper and rollaway situation... how comfortable or uncomfortable are they?

We have never stayed at the Park INN, but the have the larger room format and it lists 3 actual beds (so the sofa sleeper will not be used), so I am less concerned with the bed situation there... however I am curious to opinions/experiences on this hotel....

Hi,
I've stayed at both hotels, but not in a suite. The Park Inn has a superior location to HoJo. The pool at Park Inn is tiny, so if you plan on spending time at the pool, go with HoJo. Otherwise, my room at Park Inn was clean and had a view of the fireworks. Good luck in your choice.
