park hours

How reliable are the park hours and parade times posted in advance? I have just seen the hours posted for Sept and wonder if I can use these to plan ahead, around quiet days and parades etc or if they are liable to change? In the past when I have been " out of season" in Sept/Oct the night time parade in MK has only been scheduled once a week and always on a Saturday. I notice this year it is scheduled for Sunday and Monday. Seems a bit odd!!

It doesn't look too different from last year. Remember that MNSSHP will be on a few nights a week from around mid september. Often they add hours to the MK and sometimes add an extra parade in here and there closer to the time, but hours almost never decrease.

I have used the park hours as they were released a few times and although they have added hours here and there, it hasn't ever affected the basic framework of my plans. In fact, until park hours are released officially I have used the previous year's hours for that period and for the most part it was a close match.

They can change but are always a good basis for planning.

TBH never known September to change however when we where there one March they added extra hours and parade to MK one day on the actual day so nothing is set in stone!

They did change late September and October last year. They added a second showing of Fantasmic, extended DHS closing hours and tweaked a few at the MK. I don't recall exactly, but it was all to add to it.

They're a lovely age now too for that. They will be familiar with some of the characters too. Are you doing some character dining for them?

I think we have a while to wait for the October hours, but if you trust the TA calendar that should be available in the next couple of weeks.
