Park hours vs making ADR's

We will be in WDW Nov 29-Dec 4. Just wondering when the park hours are released in relation to when we can make ADR's. Are they released before the 90 day ADR timeframe so we have time to plan?

November hours will be released around August 1.

December hours will be released around September 1.

In my experience "around" usually means a couple days late

It's not a huge inconvenience though. Last year park hours weren't out by the time I had to reserve but I still made my ADRs at the 180 mark. I ended up having to switch 2 around after the hours were released but had no problem.
