Park hours up for Dec. 12th!

It looks like the park hours for the Monday we are there (Dec. 12th) are from 8-6pm. Does that mean CM parties are that day...and Tuesday too? I'm so bummed, I always thought it was the week earlier! Will this affect crowds those days?

I noticed the same thing. Ive heard that the Cast member parties are usually right after the CP which is usually the first weekend of December. Maybe things have changed this year?

We will be there the 6th - 10th and though the CM parties would be the 6th and 7th and actually kind of liked the idea because from what I've read crowds are actually less on CMP days since DL closes so early on those days.

The hours don't look "final" to me since there are zero parades and shows up right now and even in early Dec that's unlikely.

Still, interesting that it's those days that close at 6pm and not the prior week as most expect.

I hope Candlelight is the first weekend December 4-5
Last year CM parties were Monday and Tuesday after Candlelight, and the crowds on those days did not seem much different than Wednesday and Thursday.
Candlelight was never listed on last year's online Disneyland Schedule, although the event is not "secret".

Oops, sorry all, I meant the Mon. the 13th not the 12th! We'll have to see, not sure what to think of it all...when CP is and all that!
